As the station headquarters squadron, H&HS-38 carried responsibility for the full range of garrison functions that keep a Marine air station running, including air traffic control, meteorology, fuels, ordnance handling, motor transport, public affairs, and aviation support services. That breadth of mission made the H&HS the connective tissue between flying squadrons and the installation infrastructure they depended on every day. The unit's lineage runs through the broader MACG-38 command structure at MCAS Miramar, a base that serves as home to the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing and the I Marine Expeditionary Force aviation combat element. For veterans, family members, and collectors, the H&HS-38 patch represents the often-unsung headquarters and support community that made flight operations, deployments, and readiness possible across decades of Marine Corps aviation history. The embroidered format gives the insignia a classic, durable finish suited to shadow boxes, uniform displays, gear bags, and unit-history collections.

Perfect for H&HS-38 veterans, MCAS Miramar alumni, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing supporters, MACG-38 community members, Marine aviation historians, family keepsakes, shadow box builds, reunion displays, challenge coin and patch boards, and collectors assembling a complete picture of Marine Corps aviation station command and support heritage. It is especially meaningful for those who served in headquarters billets, administrative roles, or station support functions and want a patch that honors the institutional backbone behind every Marine aviation mission.

Station command heritage, officially licensed, and stitched for the Marines who kept the flight line ready.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0698/0655/5311/files/officially-licensed-usmc-hhs-38-patch_1.jpg?v=1793006487
